Oh god, this sounds worrying cos of the Toxic shock syndrome thing. Good that it wasn't in there :-/ Ive had similar happen to me but with a condom coming off inside me....Couldn't get it out so had to let it ease out by the morning when i managed to just have it come out in the toilet. Straight to the clinic it was
