Wanted to try some Central London bars/hotel bars or Clubs in areas like; Mayfair/Belgravia/Kensington/Westminster/Knightsbridge/Chelsea/Nine Elms

Any suggestions of where is good to pick up clients and best times ?
Also what kind of money to charge ?
