soothing pussy
« on: 28 September 2018, 10:11:11 pm »
Hello, my pussy (specifically clitoris) is a bit burned down currently. Any advice how to treat it? I just put my palm on it and it's so soothing :/
I put a bit of coconut oil on it, but it's not helping much.

Thanks for advice.

I am a fan of Sudocrem at the end of each day I work and I find that really caking it on helps with any soreness I have. I use it from my clitoris right through covering my vulva and around the vagina entrance. I smell like I have just had a nappy change but it does seem to work

BV Gel is great if you have anything sore down below
If Im working for more than 4 days plus I use it every other day
100 percent worth it
Don’t bother with the canestom named brand as it’s almost double the price of the boots own brand one

Keep the sudocream out of the actual vagina - it can kill the good yeasts.

But it's great stuff. I put a thin layer on after shaving and it keeps red bumps from forming.

I have a routine that works great for me, I generally work a couple of days a week and always find I get a bit sore, I put this down to stubbly chins (one actually made my inner lips bleed once). So I use BV gel for one or 2 nights and a thin coating of sudocrem or bepanthem.

I do have a theory that sometimes the symptoms of thrush aren't thrush at all but your natural discharge irritating pussy lips that are a bit sore from clients chin stubble, (you know that thrush prickly feeling)  In this case I put some caneston (just in case, on a tampon) and use the sudocrem, this will stop my natural discharge irritating sore lips. This works for me, obviously don't keep the tampon in too long and use the sudocrem on the outer lips not inside your vagina.

Aqueous cream. If you keep it in the fridge and apply when cold this will help soothe you down there.

Could you have a slight sensitivity to latex condoms?

I found my post work soreness went down a lot when I switched to skyn condoms!

If you can get hold of an aloe vera leaf, peel it and use a square of the gel as a plaster on the clit... MIRACULOUS!!!
