Guys before you shoot me, I know the agency subject has been discussed a million times. I have always been an indie and lately I have been struggling and I thought it might help to have an agency I use when it's like this.

My issue now is, I have contacted a couple of agencies in London and I was shocked to find out how much commission they take. The money worked out to be ?60 per hour given to the girl. So my question is, is this right , is this how agencies work? One of the agencies actually takes 60%. It didn't make sense to me. Maybe because I have been indie.

Those who know agencies with a good rate , please PM me or maybe should I stop looking now if this is how agencies work.

It's a genuine question please help if you can.

That was for outcalls but they can provide an incall place and a driver, the rate stays the same. So if they are providing an incall place is that what I should be expecting?

I am looking for both inner and outer London.

My place takes 30% comm and ?30 rent per shift, you don't pay rent unless you get over one client though...or three..I dunno confuses me. But sounds like I'm getting a hell of a lot better deal than down in London

every agency I've been involved with in London and overseas took 30%.  Massage agencies took 40 or 45% which I thought was so ridiculous which is partly when I ended up leaving

Anyone would think that they where doing the shagging!  I've been approached by agencies and the average has been 30 - 40%.  Anyone would think that chucking up a couple of ads and answering the phone was a very hard skill to master the way they carry on.

Now the agency keeps calling me. I have said to her politely to stop calling as I will never give anyone 60% of my hard shagging. Forget it. Anyway I hope I will find something within the 30-40% bracket.
