Ok friend of mine has got a strange mail this evening, not quite sure what to think of it...  Email below :

I agree - complete cobblers.

However, that is not justification for posting what could potentially be a punter's personal information or any other identifying data on a public forum. If that Date Check ID was genuine (and I was too busy rushing to remove it all to check, although I'm a DC member), then posting this could have seriously compromised somebody (and not necessarily the emailer).

Please think before you post.

Funny how its against data protection when they freely give the info out! I suspect its all rubbish anyways so didnt see the problem.  I will edit and tell her to delete the email.

He gave your friend (one person) the details, by posting them on a public forum you have chanced   thousands of people getting hold of this information.
