Working afternoon only today and I schedule 3 half hour appointments - what I call "quick fire" because I have 30 mins in between which means time for change bedding, shower, tidy and dress and meet client. So no time to waste.
First client 2pm booked, says he will be a few mins late and I say okay thinking he means 5 mins max. 12 mins past I text to say sorry have to cancel your booking.
He replies "nearly there will be 5 mins"
Me "no can do, it's nearly quarter past and I can't be late for my next appointments"
He replies "am just parking x" at 15 mins past
Hello didn't he hear I said not to come?
Is it my fault for not allowing more time between appointments or is 15 mins late for half hour booking unreasonable?
Bear in mind I allow 45 mins in my schedule for each 30 mins appointment for meeting client and going to flat, shower time and their booked time.
I would rather cancel whole appointment than say you can stay for remaining 15 mins but still have to pay full fee as I don't want confrontations.
