If you really pee them off they can just evict, so at least you have a warning. I would look for somewhere else, don't necessarily jump or give notice - have a look and see what happens. They could phantom book you to test you out, definitely don't want that. Can you go to outcall only for now, I know this may be quiet, but you may get enough to keep going.

but  based on what they can evict me? I checked contract and there is nothing written about sex work or work from home.
I wrote them that i changed my profile and will work only outcall which i though it will be enough and they wrote me this:
We need to be very clear and transparent. Under no circumstances is anyone other than 1 boyfriend allowed to sleepover. Any noise or sexual activity that disturbs other tenants will result in your stay being terminated immediately. Female friends are permitted to visit but this must be kept to a minimum during reasonable hours.

Your boyfriend and female visitors must be escorted by you to and from the main front entrance of the building to your apartment. Male visitors other than your boyfriend are NOT permitted. If you have any male friends who would like to visit you must notify us beforehand by email so we know exactly who is entering the building as your visitor.

We will continue to investigate this matter including your online profiles, CCTV and other security measures. If there is even one recurrence the police and local authority will be contacted and your stay will be terminated immediately.

DO THEY HAVE RIGHT TO DO THIS??????!!!!!!!

Continue doing what you're doing and in the meanwhile start looking for a new place. if your landlord finds out in a month you're still working from the apartment just tell him that you're in the process of finding a new place. He needs to give you two months to evict you, plus right now the laws have changed and because COVID 19 landlords cannot kick people out without giving them two months.

Read your contract again, if you have a residential contract officially you *cannot* work from your apartment and the landlord has the right to kick you our because you're breaking x and Z clause. It's nothing to do with sex work (although we all know he's kicking you out for THAT reason).

Do you mean you've admitted to your landlord that you're an escort, and you've been working as one from your flat?
