Good evening ladies  :)

Ive heard so much of girls working abroad, UAE (Dubai) or Qatar (Doha) , does anyone have relevant experience ?

Lots of ''agencies'' advertise the Middle East & I've always found it very skeptical , I am just trying to focus on how safe is it eg.deportation

xx

I think ParisB has worked in Dubai - she had mentioned it here a few times.

Yes, I agree Paris is hugely experienced, cautious and been visiting UAE for many years as an indy for work and pleasure not agency, I think.

I only have indy experience no agency experience in UAE. I worked in  Abu Dhuabi, invited by an existing client. So I wasn't exposed to much interaction from the outside as I stayed at his home. Compared to other UAE's it's pretty mild and tolerant. I felt safe to explore, accepted as a clueless foreigner. But noticed no women walking around the streets or shops at all. The papers had a daily full page publicising runaway Filipino slaves maids who had rewards on their heads.

Stricter UAE countries...I'm not fussed about deportation that's fine at least you get home to cocoa and slippers. Imprisonment is the worrying thing.
Obvious concerns are who do you complain to if you get a shitty agency? not paid, ripped off,  assaulted, threatened or pressurised to do things you haven't agreed. Or if a malicious client reports you to the cops? You can't go to the police in these countries.

Marte Deborah Dalelv a Norwegian civvy got 16 months sentence for reporting rape in Dubai.

Personally, I wouldn't even consider it.

Personally, I wouldn't even consider it.
Neither would I, Marte Deborah Dalelv reported rape then got 16 months for extramarital sex. another woman Alicia Gail got 8 months after the hospital she went to for treatment after being brutally raped by 3 men turned her over to the police. Part of the newspaper report is below, Pay particular attention to what you need for a conviction. It makes grim reading x

Miss Gali was working at hotel chain Starwood when her drink was spiked in the staff bar.

She awoke to find that three colleagues had raped her, but when she went to a hospital for help, they turned her over to the police and she was charged with illicit sex outside marriage.

Under UAE law, rapists can only be convicted if either the perpetrator confesses or if four adult Muslim males witness the crime.

Under the Sharia-influenced laws, sex before marriage is completely forbidden and an unmarried couple holding hands in public can be jailed.

I wouldn't do it. Not worth the risk.
I don't think it's culturally compatible with our line of work.
