Hi all need help on a few things...
1st - Incalls....if your working by yourself, what can the police actually get involved with?? I know that more then likely they can ask you to leave?? are can they do more??
2nd - incalls - once they have raided the property and arrest you....what can they do you under?? if you are paying tax on immoral earning can they still arrest you???
3rd - do they need to have alot of evidence to raid/arrest you under Prostitution of immoral earnings???
just need help with a few law issues...

If you are in the UK it's perfectly legal to earn money as a prostitute. The only things you can be arrested for is soliciting a public place which is going out on the street touting for business, running a brothel (place with more than one woman offering sex), or controlling someone else's prostitution.
If you work on your own as an independent you do not break any laws, and will not be liable for any arrest.
