I can totally understand it; a man can wash, scrub & thoroughly rinse his penis so that it's just clean skin, but they can't do that with their mouths! I've encountered far more stinky mouths than willies, and having a big tongue coated in fetid, thick saliva plunged into your mouth is mildly traumatic at best. With an "oh my god no way"-type penis, covered oral is always an option but kissing is pretty much a yes/no issue so can be a bit more stressful.

That said, if a client has a clean mouth and kisses gently with his lips (as opposed to just sticking his tongue right out and/or licking my face and/or drooling a lot) then of course that's really fine and I wouldn't personally see a difference between that and any other service I'm happy to offer.
