I'm currently looking for an agency to begin my career with and was hoping someone could recommend a reputable and friendly agency in Central/West london.

There are so many advertised on the web, but just because they have good graphics doesn't mean they will be good people.  Any suggestion?

I guess there are not many agency girls around these here parts.

Perhaps you could try asking on the help forum at Punterlink.com as they advertise a lot of agencies and I'm sure some of the London based ladies could help you out.
