Hello everyone, just a quick question - pretty much what the subject says - I charge £20 extra for CIM, a client asked if he could book for 15 min BJ then asked whether CIM was included, I explained it was extra, he tried the whole ‘go on please do it for me’, I maintained a firm no and he said he wouldn’t be able to afford it and would have to leave it. Am I being unreasonable or should I include it within 15 min? Thank uuu xxx

OWO maybe yes, but CIM is not included in any case.

I include CIM in all my bookings. If you normally charge extra for it then I'd expect that to be an extra in all bookings.

I have never done 15 minute quickies but if I did I certainly would not include cim and if I did it would be an extra 50.

I include it in all bookings, but then I don't do 15 minute bookings unless I'm in tour, even then rarely get one. If you charge it as an extra normally, keep doing it.

If you charge extra for CIM and that is made clear in your advertising then it should be obvious to clients that it applies to 15 min bookings just the same as any other.
He was just a cheapskate  boundary pusher.
