Why not just wear a wrist watch??
I always wear one, plus the clock in my bedroom for the client. I'm shortsighted so the wristwatch works for me, and there's plenty of opportunity to look at it during the body movements in bed  :)

I have both too and keep a close eye on time. Chuckled to myself this afternoon when the guy with 15 mins left was pumping away clearly loving it but watching the bedside clock at the same time! He lasted 2 more mins lol but still laid there til his time was up, well actually I suggested he used the bathroom at 5 mins to go or he still wouldn't have budged!  Such tight fuckers around here!

I always have at least one clock in the room, but wouldn't wear a wristwatch. I find them annoying anyway, and they could potentially get covered in lube, oil or bodily fluids or potentially hurt the client a little.

Yes i clock watch but i don'tmake it obvious, When I go to an appointment it's clear to me that time management is needed, My hairdresser starts with my hair and 30 min in offer me a drink and then another client to start on because time is money, Same for anything else be it a chiropractor or dentist but not Doctors they are always running late lol  Thing is most guy's I see want to feel special and running over makes them feel special so I have to have plenty of time between bookings.

I have a cd that's just an hour and I know when it ends it's close to time over but I get regulars always staying 15 min over so I then have to plan my next booking around them.

The problem in my experience is some regulars can only make a certain time, they only have a particular time window. I plan in other things have other commitments including in another job, I leave a cushion so I'm not rushing but that does get eaten into. I guess I could leave mega gaps but it would just get daft.

I do wear a watch and so far in 15 years no damage, but that may be about my choice of watch. I can't wear one with some fetish clothing so I make sure there's a clock in view or I check my phone/watch removed every so often.
