I’m based in central London near Soho/ Covent Garden. I have rate 160£ for a basic service. If someone wants to get something more there is an extra list. They can add whatever they want so ending like 200£-250£ per hour mostly. But I do get people for a basic service as well. I don’t have patience waiting all day for one or two clients. By the way if you look on AW most of girls having 160£ per hour

so it’s hard to go higher. I did once 170£ and I get texts from regulars they can not afford it

I see. That’s interesting thanks for the insight girl.

I guess I’m just basing it on people offering the same as I plan to/look like me in London and I see they are charging average £300. Also I guess I’m not willing to earn less than I would with my current SDs, civvy career etc

I guess I’ll see for myself how it goes won’t I! Hopefully it works out

I think if you have a well paid full time job. Then Escort money is just extra and not needed to pay bill etc. Then charge whatever you feel like. If escort is your full time job then you need to be charging a competitive rate that(hopefully) will mean you always have money coming in. So what you want to charge and what you can charge will depend on your individual circumstances

As others have mentioned, in London you get all sorts of prices.
In other parts of the country there are certain prices which are considered average and others more expensive.

When I started, I used have high prices as I thought it would deter timewasters and get specific type of clients but it wasn't the case.

I can not see people on my areas for 300£ per hour but if I could have a time and escorting would be only my part time job I would give a try with higher prices. I don’t have this option now and honestly I don’t have a patience to wait all day for one or two clients.

I would say for London it's normal rate. I am actually shocked anyone could go below £250in/£300 out call per hour as on the websites I advertise a lot of girls charge even £400-600 per hour. I don't see many charging £200 or £250 incall for an hour.

I started escorting in 2018 and my rate back then was £150/£200, after few months I increased to £200/£250 and I was charging this until 2020. After I increased price to £200/£250 I didn't notice any decrease in the amount of clients I was seeing. Hovewer I noticed increase in the amount of money I was making.

I left London in 2020 and came back in 2022 and decided to increase my rates to £250/£300 and it was the best decision I ever made. The quality of clients improved and I started having a lot of dinner bookings, so more money for me and less work as with this kind of booking, it's dinner or theather and then private time (around 3-4 hours)

Because of how busy I got I decided to increse my prices even more to £300/£350 and after that increse I noticed slight decrease in the amount of clients I have been seeing but not significant decrease, about 3-6 clients a month compared to when I was charging £150/200 or £200/250. My income however increased even more compared to when I was charging £150/200 or £200/250. I didn't see however that big income difference to when I was charging £250/300

So from my experience it makes no sense whatsoever to charge anything below £250 and seeing how much girls charge nawadays in London, £300 per hour is not high at all, most of the girls I see charge £300-£400, only few are cheaper and still charge £200 but i don't see many of them. And considering rent and all other expenses we have to pay, charging £300 is not high price at all

I agree. I'm in an affluent area and could put my prices up (and if we're operating on the basis of how many people look like you, then nobody looks like me), but I know I'd get fewer bookings and likely earn less than I do now which isn't what I want

The other concern would be cancellations; if I have five bookings and one cancels then it's not a disaster, but if I only had two (or one), then I'd be stuffed. I agree the main difference is whether you're looking to actually earn a living or it's just extra.

It depends where you advertise. I avoid websites such as viva street , kommons or adult work as from my experience these websites attract local guys who are looking for bargains and especially on viva street or kommons girls tend to charge lower prices ( I saw adds starting at £60-70).

I focus mostly on foreigners who stay in 5* hotels and these guys can pay very well

Take a look at euro girls, tryst or massage republic. On massage republic you can see average price advertising£300 if I remember correctly

Yes it does, although I use Massage Republic and I don't charge £300 per hour. As you've just reinforced, everything is 'normal' from the £60ph ladies with a list of extras as long as your arm upward and again, it depends on how you work; I use the local London sites too and the rates are similar to mine with some higher and some lower, just like everywhere else. I wouldn't use Tryst if they paid me, but that's personal preference (and looking at many of the ads there, the punters who do aren't the ones I want).

I have little interest in punters who are only in town briefly; I do get them, but I want a solid group of reliable regulars who I know will behave properly and keep coming back because that's what pays my bills. Charging an average rate that is neither high nor low means that this is largely what I get

Average price is not about how much you charge or I charge. If you go on massage republic website on your laptop, it states:

"We have 811 London escorts on Massage Republic, 329 profiles have verified photos. Prices range from £11 to £4,999 (US$ 14 to US$ 6,426), the average cost advertised is £310 (US$ 398).

I didnt say that because thats what I think, I said that because of what I read on the website and the girl asked if charging £300+ is considered high end, and according to that particular website any my personal experience it's average

Cities outside London I generally see more convergence of rates, with most escorts and agencies charging somewhere between £120-£250 (with exceptions, brothels are often cheaper) but inside London there seems to be a lot more variety and diversity of rates, everything from £50-£1000, so I've always found it harder to figure out, especially seeing as I only venture in to the capital now and then (though I'm hoping to more often).

I think as others have said though, if you have other income streams that amply cover your general living expenses, start with a higher end of your realistic rate range preference then adjust accordingly. Of course it also depends on how you plan to work; you could try just offering longer bookings at a relatively high rate to start, take a decent deposit and just book a hotel room when you get a snag. If you are going to just book a room and then play it on the day, you'd probably need to go to your lower end rate otherwise its a bit of a pot luck if you are going v.high.

The OP didn't ask the average price on a single website that she may or may not use, plus I suspect the median figure would give us a far more accurate impression in terms of the numbers (since a tiny handful of insanely high rates will bump the 'average' up by quite a lot).

If the OP was asking about a single limited/niche market she would have said so; she didn't, so posters have replied on the basis that to the majority £300ph is high - not nosebleed high, but high. Either way it doesn't matter and everybody gets to charge what they like

It’s not only that one website (massage republic) but also other websites I advertise on. The reason I brought up this particular website is because it states clear statistics of different prices and average price is stated there. There are a lot of girls on other websites I advertise who charge even more than £300 and I also brought up my own personal experience with different pricing.

If £300 was considered high I think I’d lose income and the amount of clients I see after my price increase would decrease drastically as not many guys would be able to pay my price

Take a look also at agency girls and pricing there ( I know girls have to pay 30% of their earnings to the pimps but I am not talking about that, I am talking about the willingness of guys paying particular price) . Good luck finding girls charging below £250.

If they can find clients willing to pay their prices, why wouldn’t independent girl find such clients.

My personal experience clearly shows that guys are willing to pay £300 and because of their willingness to pay such price I don’t consider the price to be high end

However someone charging lower prices and advertising on the websites attracting guys looking for discounts would say otherwise, everyone puts different price on their body and has different experience. From my point of view £300 is not high end and I think I explained clearly why I think so
