Thanks for the tips re the sites to advertise on. I actually came across euro girls today on twitter as some influencers were sadly being outed. Eek! Will check them out.

What’s considered a high end, differs greatly between each paying individual. It’s not that hard to understand. It’s  also not about a punter finding discounts, it’s about them punting within their price bracket. You get the few who obviously save up and like to treat themselves as it might not be an occasional hobby for them. Pricing is always a sensitive topic. I’m someone who has worked at various prices - the lowest being £150 and the highest being £600. I’ve worked a good number of years and can tell you I probably made more money at a the lower price bracket, but of course saw a lot more clients. The funniest misconception is that punters who see ladies at a lower rate are ‘cheap’. I’ll never forget the day I first started to charge £600 per hour. My first client was a guy I’d seen twice before at £200 ph. I was surprised he had no problem paying the £600  ;D

Hi there,

I love the question you have posed, vis a vis £300 an hour fee.

I believe it all depends on YOU; how you feel about yourself and the services you provide. Today's market is completely different to two or even three years ago. It's more a 'buyer's market' these days; implying you must be more competitive to reach the higher echelons.

I'm an established independent with 308 positive AW feedbacks plus over 25 extensive field reports. As such, I could easily charge £300+ per hour. However I know the industry inside out, upside down and twice backwards.  I don't, and personally don't want to charge more than I do. I could and easily achieve it, daily too.

Remember for these guys to drop a couple of hundred, is hours and hours of their working life to treat themselves to you and your delicious delights,; which, if, married or otherwise attached,  is coin they have to explain away. Please respect the hand that feeds you, because it does, and everyone should.

I'm a fair and gracious lady, and have found if you are seeking to create a sustainable business model, be fair, honest and open. Passing trade is one thing, yet regularly returning gentlemen are those you seek.

Alex, the OP is in central London (as am I), where AW is a relatively insignificant part of the market compared with elsewhere; having Adultwork feedback is indicative of nothing more than that somebody uses AW's online booking system. Plenty of people (again, including me) don't, even if they do have a listing on the site, and plenty don't use the site at all.

I've been working for twenty two years, and I know the job well enough to know that you respect your customers by doing your job properly; it's nothing whatsoever to do with price, and punters have no part in setting our terms. It's entirely up to the OP where she pitches her rates and as somebody who already has other income it doesn't matter whether it works or not, nor was it her question?

* you don't have to sign all your posts as if you were writing a formal letter - your name appears at the top left of all of them already. You might also want to reconsider including identifiable details, since at some point you might want to post something that doesn't immediately link to your working name? :)
