I need to do something too - personally I'm currently on Cerazette but it's made me more irregular not less as the doc hoped... plus it's made me moodier, spottier etc ><

Don't want the injection due to the weight gain possibility - I'm working hard right now to get it off, not put it on lol. Can't have combi pills, due to estrogen. Sigh.

I try to follow a low GI diet whenever I have the willpower, and take various vitamins and minerals like Zinc, Soya Isoflav, Sea Kelp. Vitamins are confusing though, because if you were to take every single one recommended for certain conditions, you'd be a walking glowing vitamin, and broke! So I just try a couple at a time - can't hurt I guess.

I also follow a low GI diet, and have to say it's really worked for me. It makes me feel better, and I'm never hungry. Cutting out refined sugar in my tea and not eating chocolate etc has definitely had the biggest impact.

I still haven't been to the doctor. It's been a busy month. But my main concern is irregular periods right now. I have been on cerazette and dianette before, but the both gave me migraines so I'm not allowed them.

I'm also concerned about gaining weight as I just lost a stone (In 9 weeks, go me  :D) and do not fancy putting it all back on, especially as I'm not quite at my goal weight yet.

Thank You for the information everyone, when I get my act together I'm going to research my options and talk to my GP. Especially those that have PCOS,  I never really realised there was any treatment that was available, so thats extremely eye opening.

I have decided just to offer a BJ only service now for the time being. I don't like the idea of sponges because intercourse on my period can be painful so I'm going to give that a miss :)

xx
