I want to rent a treatment room for massage and happy ending. I’m used to offering it in my flat but I’ve decided to keep it seperate from my personal place. The space is very discrete, it’s down a side street away from high footfall and located inside a small building, which isn’t occupied by any other businesses. The room is advertised for use of massage and other treatments. I would be offering professional massage and happy ending, nothing else. Do you think it’s acceptable to use? Or would it be too risky? Does anyone else do massage somewhere other than their own flat? Also I am professionally trained and have clients from the general public, including females.

Doesn’t sound like you should have any issues if there’s no other practitioners, is your advertising for straight massage? The only problem I see is you being mention in a punter massage forum and your phone number linked to it, if I were you I would keep two separate phones, one for your straight therapeutic massage and another one for the happy ending.

If there's nobody else there except you I'd apply the same criteria as any other incall flat; are you going to do actual bookings there too or it it just a treatment room (no bed/just a massage table)?

Can you see punters coming, can you arrive and leave safely (and is there more than one entrance/exit), would you be giving out the address in full rather than having them call as most of us do? I don't know whether massages work differently but it sounds fine to me :)

Definitely use a separate phone. I used to have four just for different adverts :D
