Hi girls
I  need your help
I m really new here in London
I want to fine a place for incall
I found some flats but I can t rent because I don t have any refernces :( I don t know how works exactly
What I have to do ? Where I can find something ?
I  m looking for something in City of Westminster

It took me a year to get an incall place and I just networked and made friends, and soon an offer to share came up (and met so many lovely people! The incall was a bonus!)

Many landlords will let a place to you if you have 6 months rent upfront. Is it possible to work from hotels until you've saved the money?

6 months in advance is a lot . I mean that I need a lot of time to make all this money from hotels .
This is the only option ?

If you don't have references or someone to act as a guarantor for you then I would say offering minimum 3 months rent upfront is the only way, but 6 months is more likely to make someone bend their rules.

You can try travelling out of London to the commuter belt and get cheaper hotels. If you save your money, and bide your time, you will get something good quicker than you think.
