Incall on a busy main road
« on: 10 January 2021, 06:43:09 pm »
I have a property that I'm planning to use as an incall for some of my bookings.

The incall is in a nice enough area near the edge of the city but on a busy main road, although there are side roads and I do have a spacious drive for them to park.

I'm just worried punters might find it off putting with the location. Does anyone else have theirs in a similar location?

I imagine a busy street would feel more discreet than a quiet one. Less likely to be noticed with lots of comings and goings. They might not want to park out front though.

I used to live and work on one of the main artery roads into my (smallish) town. It was just off an M25 junction and sometimes metal-to-metal. I never had any issues - there were a couple of handy side streets, and also my house wasn't directly overlooked by neighbours opposite. Plus, it was near a little parade of shops, so gave punters an excuse to be parked up there. As said, it's preferable to a very quiet street (or even worse, a cul-de-sac).

Thanks Kay, mine sounds similar as it's not overlooked and is near shops and a fuel station so I could advise them to park there if they want.

Busy main road in some ways could be ideal, easy to find. I would imagine discretion for parked vehicles could be an issue for some, however sounds like there are plenty of options many of which could be an alternative reason to be in the area.

Busy main road  can be good
But I wouldn’t let them park on your drive

A busy main road sounds good and if you have a discreet door that isn't overlooked for them to enter by all the better.
As others have said I wouldn't have them park on your drive though. Various different cars throughout the day could draw unwanted attention if there is anyone with too much time on their hands having a look out of their window.
