Can I just add a few things to think about for you as you are just 18 and have many years of life left to go. Some of the things I first considered before entering this business are quite important life decisions, like if I were to ever want children - I knew I didn't want any then and I still don't now, if I were to ever change my mind about that I would not want to continue working ( I know many escorts do combine motherhood - indeed it may well be how many are able to help their family survive financially) but to me the thought of to my child if they were to ever find out, it might be so hard for them, as, well you're Mum to them and also for their well being I would not want to put myself in harms way in case I was ever injured or worse (rare I'm sure, but I wouldn't attempt a skydive whilst being a Mum either - just in case).

The other thing I considered was other work in the future if I were to want to quit escort work, I was working on something (that would again have been self - employed) unfortunately I've had to throw that completely on the back burner as life can be unpredictable, two or so years ago my life was going to plan and I was happy and looking forward to my future (a few personal achievements and just feeling happy with my life) but you get thrown curve balls and can end up having to fight yourself out of the snakepit due to circumstances you didn't see coming or at least you didn't see coming quite how they happened.

But in saying things like this it's still all unpredictable and we are, all of us, just trying to survive and live our lives.

With bar hustling, you run the risk of getting badly rejected...or even worse, told off. One is better off walking the streets than to bar hustle.  In fact, I had a friend at the Hard Rock Casino accused of prostitution by security guards of soliciting the high-rollers, simply because she was 'flirting' with several of men.

well, I can imagine the largest cities in the world welcome bar hustling very much. I mean, its all too common in Miami and I'm sure its 100 times more common up in New York or Tokyo.

If anything, its better to bar hustle when you have a full drink...walking around empty handed is sure to get you noticed and kicked out!

I still don't think it's any way for an 18 year old girl to earn money, however patronising that may sound.

I do agree, it's important to have formed strong self-esteem and emotional health beforehand as well as a good dose of maturity and caution, and while that doesn't necessarily come with age, life experience should hopefully tap you on the shoulder and this is just less likely in someone so young.

I'm not THAT much older but I know at 18 it probably would have affected my views on sexual and emotional relationships with men and been detrimental to me and it may be par for the course...

If I never give you another piece of advice, hear this.

DO NOT tell people you are an escort. It's still misunderstood by the vast majority of people and there is a lot
of stigma associated with it. It's not just yourself you need to think about it's your friends and family too.

I was "outed" last May in a small town and went through absolute hell, silent phone calls, dog poo thru my
