Hi all,

I need some advice about something. A regular client of mine wants me for an overnight booking next wednesday from around 5 in the afternoon until the morning. The thing is he is only offering me 650 for the overnight booking and I feel that is quite low, I dont know what others think? Out of the money I will be paying for my travelling expenses so in theory I will ge getting 630. I normally charge around 800 for overnight so I feel I am getting below my rate. He is only paying me for 6 hours but yet he will be getting me for 15 hours. I could do with the money as work has been really slow for me but at the same time he is paying well below my rate. I was wondering what others would do if they were me?

I charge 650 for overnights (8000 crowns in the local currency), but the value of long bookings is much lower here than in the UK it seem. 15 hours for that money seems excessive though, I cap my overnight meetings to 12 tops, and that includes 6-7 hours of sleep. So I'd probably nope out, he is trying it on.

Refuse unless he's paying your going rate, regular or not that's not your rate.

Thanks for the replies. Well 650 sounds nice money but not for 15 hours! I have worked it out and its around 43 for an hour which is very low. I dont mind going to see him for a couple of hours but 650 for an overnight booking sounds low when a lot of girls would charge at least 1000 for overnight. He said 650 is all he can afford.

If you sleep 7-8 hours from 15, eat and chat for 1-2 hours, that will be 6 hours of sex, chat, massage, maybe another meal, etc. which in my opinion is not bad.
I would do the overnight if the regular was a nice guy and I would discuss what he expects from me.
Of course, this is only my opinion xx

You set your rate, not him.
If he can't afford the overnight rate, he had better either:
a) save up his pennies until he can!
b) book someone cheaper who he can afford;
c) let you work out how much time 650 will buy. You could offer him, say, 8 hours for that amount, or whatever you are comfortable with.

I'd want about a grand for 15 hours, I can imagine that long would be incredibly draining regular or not plus you might not be able to work the next day.

Yes I agree with you. He is not the most talkative guy in the world. He said to me something like if you are finding work slow then you could do with an extra 650. I would normally charge 900 for an outcall overnight so I am losing 250. I have done an overnight with him before and he paid me much more than 650 and he also woke me up around 5 in the morning as he felt horny and wanted sex and I felt knackered the next day. I happened to be on tour at the time and I had to spend some of the day sleeping as I was really knackered. He said to me that he knows girls that do an overnight for 650 and thats what he offered me, I said well I dont know any that do it for that and I believe I am worth more.

Yep. Most importantly, you're not comfortable with it.

If you're not sleeping somewhere separate, it's unlikely you'll get much rest.

Can you get back home late at night? If so, consider offering him the afternoon and the evening. If he wants the night / morning as well, his price needs to reflect that you can't do other bookings the next day as well as the additional hours.

I don't think 15 hours is a normal overnight time anyway.Overnights are generally between 10 or 12 hours long.I used to charge around 500 for a 10 hour overnight but it was expected that we did have a meal and some sleep.I'd possibly consider doing the overnighter for 650 but tell him you will be starting at say 8pm and leaving at 8am and you would be expecting dinner as well.If your normal overnight rate is 800 then maybe offer him less time on the overnight than you would normally do.It also depends on what he is like as a client.

He is taking the Micheal, playing on the fact you need the money. I'd stick to your rate as well as cutting down the hours, making sure you have agreed 'rest hours'.

Or quote the number of hours you feel comfortable doing for the price. I rarely do overnights since I can't sleep at all with a stranger in my bed. When I do its 8 or 10 hours.

I find the way he is talking to you quite off though in fairness.He really is pushing you to do it for cheaper.If he had maybe said 'I'd love to spend a long time with you and I have 650 what could you do for that?'Then I personally would have worked something out with him but him saying things like lots of girls do overnights cheaper etc and making a big deal about it being slow makes him sound quite manipulative and crass.Yes alot of girls do overnights cheaper but alot don't and that's that.

Yes 15 hours is a bit longer than the usual overnight booking. I was willing to do the overnight booking from say 8 in the evening till 8 the next day but when we spoke today he said he would like me to get there for in the afternoon, at first he said around 2.30 in the afternoon.

We said about getting something to eat but he didnt mention dinner, he just said you can have room service if you like. Yes I could drive home in the evening if I wanted to. I did think about doing an outcall to him for say 2 or 3 hours. For that I would be getting a few hundred but at least I would be getting my rate. I am really undecided what to do lol.
