As far as I know, there are clients who adore all sorts of different body types, shapes and sizes so anyone can find their niche and work happily there. So I wouldn't bother getting surgery just for work. But it's likely that you have additional reasons, so that may not be much help.

I would honestly think twice about this- one of the biggest complaints I hear about from guys looking for escorts is women who are too "plastic" glamour model-alike, with photos that look overly photo-shopped. They might like gawping at Jordan, but none of my male friends would want to shag her. They would quite happily have sexy funtimes with Belladonna though, and she doesn't pack much in the boob area. Big boobs really aren't a guarantee of success

How much work you get depends way more on other factors- what hours you work, whether you do incalls or outcalls, whether you're on adultwork only or have your own site (or both), whether that site is listed on punters' forums. Remember that we are in recession; those at the bottom end of the escort market, price wise, will be less hit than the "high class" ladies and even they will have noticed a drop in punters. Another factor is where you are based- a black escort, for example, in London is simply one of hundreds working that city, but in Glasgow she'll be one of a few and thus will stand out more and may be a bit busier as a result. Webcamming can be a good way of earning money when bookings are slow in coming/non-existent, and some of the ladies here have reported clients booking them as an escort after seeing them on webcam so maybe try that if you're strapped for cash?

So you have small boobs. What else do you have? An athletic build? Are you tall like a model? Petite like Kylie? What colour are your eyes? Men like boobs, sure, but they like other things too- do you have a blog? A twitter account? If punters get a good feel for what you/your escort alter ego is like, they may book you on the strength of that. Honestly, I would go for temporary (ish) changes- advertising in different places, dyeing my hair, writing a blog, webcamming- first before going for something permanent like a boob job, and I wouldn't recommend something that drastic just for work. If you aren't happy with them then fine, but I would also say that AA cup -> D cup is a HUGE jump, and can end up looking stuck on and fake (surgeons tend to ask you to put on weight so that your Ds look more natural). Also, you'll have to get them replaced every 10 years, which you'll have to pay for, and if it goes wrong you'll have to pay to correct that too. 

To summarise: don't if you're only doing it to get work, but if your boobs make you miserable then go ahead.

I've seen stuff on the Internet about me when people are looking for escorts on forums and people recommending me and others saying "she doesn't have much on the boob front" etc. but you can't let things get to you. 

I got a boob job (for myself, not work, I booked it before I became an escort) and didn't find it made much difference to the amount of work I got. The first couple of weeks I was back I had a big rush to 'see my new boobs' but after that things settled back down to a normal amount. As everyone else has said there are clients who love big boobs and clients who love small boobs, all you'll do by changing your body is move yourself from one market to another and it won't necessarily be more busy. If you want to do it for yourself then go for it, it's made a huge difference to my confidence and they look fantastic, but don't do it just to please your clients it's not worth putting yourself through the expense and risk and pain for anyone but you.

I think that sort of comment is either a) a guy just being perfectly honest about his opinions without any sort of implication like "omg all girls with small boobs are unshaggable!!" or b) him just trying to be extra-blokey and act like boob size is a concern of great import, like those guys who think it's cool to point at random passing women and "impress" their friends by guessing her bra size. The latter sort are obviously (& thankfully!) an immature minority so they're really nothing worth worrying about. And the former are no bother either, because as I said, they don't mean anything bad by it; they're just stating their personal preferences same as other guys will say they like to enjoy the perks (har! Pun!) of smaller boobs.

as someone who has had a boob job going from a 34 a to 34d or dd would be horrific (imo) you would end up with boobs like hard little oranges 

Nope, went from 32AA to 32DD and many of my clients have commented on how natural they feel. A good surgeon will advise you on what you can reasonably manage.

I took two weeks. Could only do short bookings as I needed to be able to put my bra back on for regular breaks but it was fine (again, that was on the advice of my surgeon).
