Do you do anything for regular clients when it's their birthday?
I have a booking with a client tomorrow and he just told me that seeing me makes a great end to his birthday celebration weekend.
I almost feel obligated to do something special or give him a discount or something...ugh.
Do you guys do anything?

Yes its always good to have a collection of cards to hand (for civvy world too) and you can never go wrong with some wine in the fridge either (so long as you wont drink it all yourself when you are quiet).

I wouldnt go OTT after all he does get a treat when he get YOU !

I take even the new Clients a discreet card and little bottle of something if I sense it is genuinely their birthday and I am their treat to themselves
I think it's a nice touch and even if they prefer to bin the card and pass the pressie on, they still appreciate the thought.

I try to also decipher that they are genuinely single beforehand
