Nope, I hear ya. I know just the type of situation you describe and you did exactly what I would of done.

As I explained earlier in the thread, others just deal with things differently and have different priorities.

I would be retired by now if my sole priority was the money and sometimes I wish I could be like that but I’m not and I never have been, it makes me grossly unpopular 😆🙈

My number one priority is feeling comfortable with the person and the situation.

Yes I find I can get on with a range of people, in my non-sex work life I'm trained to be comfortable with silences and be with people who can't or don't make eye contact.

I used to feel awkward now I try to understand it.

I also understand there are members here who like different types of booking, different types of client. Others here have influenced my thinking during booking types I used to find difficult I'm a lot happier as a result.

At £2+ per minute, I'd happily sit in silence although I wouldn't see anybody like that again. I wouldn't put a TV on so I'd just listen to my playlist until finish time

Exactly. I've had civvy jobs where I loathed the people I had to spend time with and I had to go home knowing I'd have to do it all again the next day. It's just a bad match and nobody can be all things to all punters - everybody here must have had some excruciating bookings over the years, but thankfully the good ones cancel out the bad. And it never hurts to be reminded that feedback is completely meaningless, so it served some useful purpose if nothing else
