nanny during mat leave?

Hi guys,

I am checking as of lately quite intermittently. I am going on mat leave soon and will be thinking to work in sw again, during the mat leave when baby is 6monthish. those that chose working, how do you solve the supervising last min? hire nanny when you have an appointment (with a client)?

It would be best to book a childminder regularly for two days a week for example that way you know when you are available.

I agree with the above. Have a set schedule and minder set for those days. Clients will adjust to your availability
