How to organise a hotel based incall escorting business
« on: 13 April 2021, 02:49:09 pm »
Hello,

I am mid 40s and want to start escorting for many reasons.

I don’t know if I am adhd or just become overwhelmed easily (I have always struggled with this), but I am struggling with how to organise a hotel incall based business.

Do you have any tips on how you got started or managed your hotel work without wasting money and nobody turning up?

Is there any useful information that you wished you’d known when you started with hotel incalls, that really helped you?

I would really appreciate your advice.

Try to stay in hotels that aren't key card access only ; otherwise you will have to go down to reception to collect every client and that ensures that discretion goes out the window!
Similarly, avoid hotels that have doormen on at night, quite a few of the ibis hotels have doormen that will ask your name and room number before letting you back in and won't allow you to have multiple guests, although last time I stayed at an ibis the doormen only worked Friday and Saturday nights; I spoke to a friendly receptionist the next morning and she said it was because they had problems with large groups of people staying in rooms meant for 2 people and general chaos with stag and hen parties etc.
If you're not sure about the hotel you're staying in only book one night; you can always book another night but you can rarely get your money back if you want to cancel.
Consider aparthotels; they're usually arranged online and a lot have a keypad code entry system. Try to pick a private residential building with no concierge. In my experience aparthotels are better in every way, you get a  lot more for your money and it's a lot cheaper as they have a kitchen and washing machine etc so you don't have to eat out constantly. Clients also tend to to prefer a quiet apartment building as opposed to a hotel, you can also team up with a working friend and get one with 2 bedrooms if you want.
Touring/hotel work is always a risk. However I've never not made money when working from hotels or aparthotels. I'd advise advertising that you're going to be available in that area on that date a bit in advance, and if you're on adultwork pay for the location search and available today features on the days your working from the hotel.
Finally, getting burnout is common in this business and if you get easily overwhelmed then just remember to take a step back if and when you need to- no amount of money is worth it if you're not happy with what you're doing and the job makes you unhappy.
I hope this helps, you're welcome to message me if you want to ask anything or just need someone to talk to!

You will need to be patient, as it may take a while to build up a business.

Choosing the right hotels is paramount, in terms of location and accessibility.

Perhaps think about rotating every 4-6 weeks so you build up regulars but the hotels don't get too suspicious of you. Stick to the same days each week if possible.

Learning to identify and weed out time wasters is important. It will take time but there are some great threads on here that can help identify the most common signs and tactics. Ultimately TWs are the biggest threat to your profit margins.
I always ask for confirmation calls and make them jump through hoops to prove to me they are serious. That's not foolproof but it helps.
Some of us even double or triple book when it's TW central. But that can be quite stressful to manage so could be overwhelming if you are just starting out.
Once you build up regulars it will get easier. It's such a difficult time to be working right now so don't get down on yourself if it's a struggle right now.

I worked in hotel for years before the lockdown....Never give ur room number until they are on your floor. If you could pop ur head out of room — then wave them into your room.

I use the same hotels regularly, the chances are they know what I’m doing there, who knows. As long as you are not are behaving in a way to draw attention to yourself, excessive noise, unsavoury visitors you should be ok.
When you check out try not to leave too much evidence in the room, bag up your used wipes and condoms and dispose of in a public bin.
Feel free to DM me if you have any specific questions etc. All the best.

Heya since I started I only worked in apartments. I look for the ones with an intercom so I ddont have to run down everytime to let them in.
Most of them advertise there is CCTV but honestly none of them check only if you have been reported by neighbohrs for being noisy?(never happened to me) and I've always recieved 100% positive feedback as I'm tidy and clean up after myself.
I recently left an apartment last week with a ring door bell. But tell them the room number once I buzzed them in via intercom, and wait by the peep hole so I can see when they are outside my room, and so they dont press the doorbell if I take too long to open lol.

Feel free to dm me about apartments :)
Will be my first time working from hotels this week so thanks for the advice above girls

Thank you RB1 and Milkymoo26 I have only just seen your replies and I appreciate your advice.

For those who are hotel based how do you advertise?  I mean i can imagine it’s a lot different to having your own incall place  in the same area with flexibility on availability.

I would like to use local hotels on rotation. I would prefer to work in the day, but I know check in is usually 3pm. Day use hotels are few and far between from what I can see.

Do you book the hotel first and then advertise?

Obviously you don’t tell them on the advert the hotel, but they need to know what area, so would you have to keep changing location on a site like Viva Street?

Would they  know your identity if you use something like POCKIT or Cash App to ask for deposits?

Thank you Tina Sparx.

I see BJC already gave me great advice on how to advertise.  :FF I missed it first time!
I guess I could use that method on any advertising platform.

Love to you all. Xxx
