How to get water phobic clients to shower before you begin?
« on: 07 September 2013, 01:11:05 pm »
I have an incall in the new apartment this afternoon with the blimmin Pretty Woman client (although he hasn't booked me for over three weeks now...phew).

When I have had him before, although pleasant, he has whiffed of B.O. When we were using one of the girls flats, the bath was disgusting and unclean so he didn't want to use it. I did report this to the agency, but they said because it wasn't there flat, there was little they could do, although did tell the girl to get it sorted. He bloody hums!!! And thankfully, only one other client has done this before when I worked in the sauna, but he drips with sweat and it makes me feel gross when he's doing it. I hate putting my head near him as my hair then gets coated in his B.O stench when lying down... yuck.

I haven't been to the new place before, I just know it's another of the girls flats but in use e.g. she lives there permenantly. I am hoping that there will therefore be towels etc, shower clean.

I am not sure if he is working today, but I would rather he showered before seeing me, than carry that stench. Most of my clients are respectful, clean and fresh but there are days this guy hums! But I know that some guys don't wash or don't wash properly before appointments, so what is a good way of getting these water phobic men into the shower without adversely offending them in the process?

My plan was for later to say that I had to text the agency etc etc so would he mind popping in the shower and I will get things ready... apparently, he keeps booking me "because she's so nice". That's all very well, but I just wish he'd smell better on occasions  :-X

I know how you feel chick, this is an on-going problem I have to deal with, I seem to attract these ones. I think its cause I don't offer OWO or that so they think they don't have to be clean since I am using a condom anyway.

You mentioned it getting in your hair, OMG I hate this. These are always the one who want you to cuddle in afterwards so they put they're arm around you so you lay with your head on they're chest.

I had a guy last week who stunk out my hair and shoulder that mush I even had to wash my silk gown afterwards as I put it on when leaving my room and the stench went onto my gown. Its fucking horrendous and these people really grate on me.

It makes it so much worse when they are nice people as I find it really difficult confronting them, I don't want to offend/embarrass them or put them off so I worry I might loose them as a client as ultimately for me the main thing is meeting with a client who is respectful towards me in other ways, if they could get they're hygiene in order they would be the perfect client for me.

These guys are offending YOU by turning up unclean so what is the difference?  I would be glad to lose these guys. There is no room for sentiment in business.  These guys have to WASH OR GO!!!!!  Their choice whatever way you look at it.

The best way to solve the smelly problem is to simpy NOT ACCEPT THE BOOKING.  NO OPTIONS and if its an agency booking tell them to deal with the guy.  If he turns up unclean refuse the booking.  It's a simple choice, speak up or put up.  It's a no brainer IMO.

I don't think this is quite the same thing - you don't say that this punter is unwilling to shower (and if he's coming straight from a day a work, he won't have the opportunity to do so there unless they have shower facilities), but more that the bathroom facilities you are being provided with are not up to scratch, which means he is not prepared to use them and I don't blame him.

You need to remind the pimps agency that you are paying them (in part at least) to provide you with a suitable incall venue to see clients, and you expect it to be fit for purpose. If you can't offer him somewhere clean and hygenic to wash, then you shouldn't expect somebody who has had no opportunity to do so since the morning to smell like a trip to Chelsea Flower Show.

Lol Amy that pimp thing made me chuckle  ;D

LL your totally right in what your saying but I literally turn away so many clients for the slightest thing on the phone, I have age restrictions so that I don't see anyone under 25 (30 if I can get away with it) and with me only offering vanilla services my clientele is limited so when a smelly guy turns up it grosses me out beyond believe BUT at least I can shower it off so for me the main thing is meeting with people who respect me and my services in other ways. I have some really lovely clients who are lovely people but are just smelly  ::)

I'm sorry PP, but if they were THAT nice they would wash/or shower at your place and not put you under this stress.

I've kicked guys to the kerb for similar circumstances and regretted nothing.

Just cause you offer less services than others doesnt mean you have to be less respected.  It just means IMO that you MAY get less work but that is YOUR decision.  Stand firm and get these guys to shower or walk out the door without services.  THEIR choice.

And to return to the point I was trying to make, if the bloke has been at work all day and not had chance to shower since say, 7 or 7.30am, are the people replying saying it's his fault because he doesn't want to use a disgusting, filthy bathroom? If it was you on an outcall and the place was a midden (and I've certainly been there), would you use it?

Oh yes in this case, if its a case of the guy only doesn't want to shower cause of the bad facilities then who can blame him? The way I read the post though is that its an on-going problem with this same guy regardless of where she see's him. I could be wrong though and maybe I have picked her up wrong.

My issues with cleanliness are a generalisation as my facilities are spotlessly clean and in a new penthouse apartment in city centre so they have no excuse to turn down my facilities and I have all sorts of decent gents toiletries for them to use aswell as normal non smelling soap incase they are worried about going home to the wife smelling of something they don't have in they're own shower.

I agree with Amy about the bathroom thing, I would personally check out this place before you agree to see clients to make sure it's up to scratch.

Sometimes I have problems getting clients into showers, with some saying only if you join me... Which I then have to explain that my carefully applied make up and hair would be ruined. I have found you kinda just have to force the towel in their hand and usher them into the bathroom. Unfortunately some men seem unable to even wash properly, some have showered and left skid marks on my bed  :o and I've had a few clients take 20 mins in the bloody shower, and of course I don't include shower time in the booking time, but that really is taking the mick!

I think it's all about being assertive and taking control of the situation.
Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.

I know that PP, but you already have a thread ranting about smelly punters, and this is not the same thing. The OP clearly said this man didn't want to use the bathroom provided because it was disgusting, not that he refused to shower and that she hopes the latest brothel they're sending her to (which apparently is another woman's home) is OK so he can sort himself out :).

Nameless

Reasons to be Independent 101

You have control over over the whole escorting process, this includes how clean your bathroom is.  You don't have to worry about how clean the brothel is you are sent to.  No more rank bathrooms!

The client will have no excuse not to shower in a sparkling bathroom! Voila, sorted!

Zero tolerance  for soap dodgers and stinkers .............but ............when new-ish I too was worried of offending. After a while i soon toughened up.

But if theres a mucky bath can you blame him...can you not change agency ?

If the guy had a shower that morning, he would not smell that bad Amy, he would be sweaty but 'clean' sweat. The kind of sweat Pink and others are talking about is days old sweat! That kind of smell makes me heave but the other kind doesn't. It's disrespectful and I would not put up with it, no way.
