I only work part time, hence the difficulty of offering in calls but after reading through your suggestions, I will book a hotel once a week and try offering incalls, hopefully that should help.

Maybe I will only have to work very hard just for the one day offering in calls then : )

Thanks once again for the replies! Very much appreciated.

Hi Girls,

I just wanted to get some advise on how to potentially get more bookings in London. I am only offering outcalls and charge ?200 per hour for outcalls in Central London. I have been getting 1 or 2 bookings per week and have only been advertising on Adultwork so far.

I have profesional photos and I am British Asian, so in a niche market as such and provide mostly GFE services. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks x

Lower your prices, start with ?100-120 for the first hour then offer discounts for longer bookings, like -?20 for 2 hours etc.

Get rid of the professional pictures and instead get a friend to take normal pictures of you in underwear from a webcam or phone etc. Dont re-touch or digitally alter the pictures at all, upload them as they are, let guys see you as you really are. When you do the pictures make sure you accentuate your waist-hip ratio. I.E. wide hips with slender waist. Wide hips and a slender waist is a big turn on for guys if they find your pictures sexually appealing they are more likely to book you.

Always make sure you have the green "available today" icon on when you are prepared to work.

Make sure you login in everyday, guys want to see that your active.

Try to bid for a place in the featured members section, this puts you at the top of the page for searches. You have to pay for this, but guys will know you are serious about escorting if you do this.

Try to give a good service when you do get a booking. Having a batch of regular clients will make the whole thing alot more pleasant.

Lisa, this might all work fine for you and that's great, but presenting your personal experience as if it's fact isn't appropriate and telling people what they should charge most certainly isn't. The OP has made it clear she's part time and outcall only; I wouldn't do a one hour outcall for ?100 anywhere, let alone London.

Using various AW features can help, but they're not the answer to everything. And dumping her pro-photos is pointless when she's already paid for them - she's made it clear by the rates she's decided to charge that she isn't marketing to the AW bargain hunters, and the only real mistake I can see she's making so far is by not expanding her ads to cover more sites and a much bigger punting demographic. I would agree that adding some amateur ones wouldn't hurt, but only as part of a mix (and only on Adultwork and maybe a blog, if she wants to start one :)).

If you mean British Asian, as in Indian, Pakistani etc as opposed to Oriental, have you thought about advertising with Indian Escort Guide? I used to advertise on there and got a fair number of bookings from it. I removed my advert for other reasons but I found it well worthwhile. Good luck.  :)

Cycling? That's mad turning up to a booking sweaty and breathless especially when the client is paying for a taxi lol x

It may well not work for the female escort market (although there is undoubtedly going to be a niche for the hot and sweaty) but there is a very definite group of gay men who'd go for a sweaty 'straight' man.

You can also often get to another part of central London quicker on a bike than in a taxi, and this is can be an impatient market too.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

I can confirm. I cycle to and from a lot of my outcalls. It's rarely hot enough or hilly enough for me to work up a sweat but I shower when I arrive when I need to or at least splash some water where necessary. I leave a few hundred metres from kensington gardens so I short cut through there and through Hyde Park a lot to avoid traffic. A slow, flat cycle ride through beautiful parkland beats crowded tubes and buses and saves a fortune in taxis. Not ideal for everyone though. I do get the occasional request for sweatiness. Usually foot fetishists wanting sweaty feet.

Also, to the op- Hi Tessa, check the 'where to advertise' guide on the saafe main site. I'd recommend advertising on as many directories as you can at first until you're getting the number of clients you want and ask each client where they found your ad. If you find you're paying for a directory that's not bringing in clients, don't renew your ad there. Also look up a well established escort or two and google their mobile number to find which directories they're on.

If you're only seeing a few clients per day it might work out cheaper to rent an incall place by the hour rather than a hotel. I rent mine out but I'm not in London now. There should be some on the saafe seeking/offering page.
