I'm at my wits' end. :FF

The situation:
I have no permanent incall place. I work from hotels, which costs me roughly £100 a night.
For the amount I'm spending on hotels I could be renting a flat that would allow me to work anytime.
Renting a flat is, however, out of the question - it requires long-term commitment and some cash up front, I can't do any of this.

I don't have enough interest and inquiries to fill up the incall day. There are some inquiries but not at a decent volume and often on days/ times outside of the incall day.
If I had an incall place I could cast a wide net and wait for all the little fishes to get caught. Instead, I'm chasing after little, wriggly fishes.
I could book more days but it's just too risky to lose money.
I tried to incentivise advance bookings - with little success.
Another thing is the hotel's check-in/ out time which usually cuts off the lunchtime bookings. Sometimes it's possible to arrange a late check-out but when I can, the clients can't, when I can't the clients can... It's hit and miss.
I need at least 1 advance booking to go to a hotel (instead of cancelling it). I don't have the money to gamble on hotels and hope that someone shows up on the day.

Once I got a text message from someone offering a working flat for rent. The rate they quoted was not only higher than a hotel but it didn't even include "a cleaning fee". No, thanks. :P

Outcalls are scarce, I get 1-2 a month.

I do wonder, wtf am I doing wrong? ???

- The main thing is the lack of an incall place where I could be available any time.

- Another is just not enough interest.
I'm only relying on AW. Getting a website requires long-term commitment and visibility in the area, I can't do this.
I feel like there is no point advertising outside of AW in this particular area I'm in anyway.
I kind of feel like the way I look might not be to the local main taste (bouncy boobs? bouncy bum? long hair and tan?).
My marketing is all right, I think, the photos are decent but... maybe not particularly horn-inducing? (no bouncy bouncy)
I have repeat clients so can't be that shite at my job.
I even did the unthinkable and slightly lowered my rates. (Incall rates are average for the area, maybe a slightly higher end of the average.)

I am making a profit but it's not a lot.

Is there anything you think I could improve? Maybe there is a way of making the hotel incalls work better?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, not seeing something obvious (like displaying a phone number on AW...)?
Or is it "it is what it is" kind of situation?

EG, do you mean if I'm comparing the profit level to 6 months or 2 years ago?

I can't really compare, I only started earlier this year.
Before I was working in London, from home (so anytime) and it was a few years ago.
The city I work in now is lovely, the people are lovely but it's not the wealthiest, I don't think.

Kiss, I'm offering outcalls both to hotels and homes.

OP I responded to you a couple of weeks ago and advised that not showing your phone number could be a big factor in your problem. You may have a valid reason for not displaying it ( we need to be free and comfortable to take calls and I don't know your personal situation) but to repeat what I said, thousands of potential clients will see your profile but will move swiftly on to someone with a number displayed.

I hope things improve for you but an in call place in my opinion really is the best option if at all achievable by you.

Thank you, Justine, I've been displaying my phone number most days now.

I suspect that within the parameters I'm able to work (no flat) what I'm doing is all that can be done really.

I use the daycare app which is more 'work friendly' hrs.  Most are 10am to 5pm.  Can also cancel on day.

I understand now thank you. If you are making a profit then things could be a lot worse so keep trying and if you take my advice then I will say save every penny you possibly can.👍

Ok because things have changed for a lot the last 6 months especially with touring, not as busy as it was. Some women introduced lower prices and doing 15 mins etc which never did before. So i think it's hard to tell at the moment.

The minimum I'm doing at the moment is 30min, so maybe 15 min is an idea. I haven't even thought about it.

I find 15 min bookings a pain in the butt, the guys who want them seem to be all last minute Jack's and are less respectful in general.

Have you thought about getting together with another escort in your area who is in a similar situation,  it might be possible for you to join together and share the costs of an incall location, you could then both have set days to work from there or alternate weeks etc.

The other option is to find another provider who has an incall location and who 8s happy to let you work from her place when she isn't there or on set days for a much lower fee than a hotel, this could also be an option a small distance from home so you would for example do Mondays and Tuesdays in town A. Fridays and Saturdays in town B and a hotel on a Wednesday or Thursday depending on how often you want to work.

I occasionally work like this rom another SP's apartment but on a more adhoc basis, it's a fixed rate for the day or per booking.

I personally would not bother they want it cheap for 15 mins and expect owo. If your half hour rate is reasonable stick with that.

It's a good idea in a way but then it's classed as a brothel and illegal and any situations that might happen with dodgy clients you would be less inclined to call police for help and neighbours could report more then 1 woman working the flat. You just never know.

Hey, I'm in the same situation as you but on the other way round, I'm having a permanent work flat and I'm struggling to attract new clients.

I kinda want to start using dayuse rooms and sees how it is going for me (but again I have no savings so it's a bit scary to think that if nobody comes, then you make no profit and loose money).

The thing with having a permanent place is that (indeed it's more flexible in terms of timings, no check-in, check-out, you can keep all your stuff in the flat, no need to pack/unpack your luggage) however bear in mind that even when you're not in the flat you still need to pay for it, if you take 2 weeks of holidays for example, you loose 2 weeks of rent money (+ you have to pay for the bills on top of that, which doesn't occur in the case of staying at the hotel).

Also, it seems that staying permanently in the same area doesn't really attract new clients (I talk for my case). You will rely more on regulars.

After analysing the whole situation I'm wondering if using dayuse is not better at the end of the day as moving into different areas (even within the same city) might be better to attract new clients.

As well, as some others mentioned, make sure you always have your phone number displayed, I think this is key to attract clients. If you're scared about taking phone calls, you can take all your bookings by text/whatsapp only.
Make sure you specify it on your profile (in capital letters), that you don't accept calls, texts only (that way it will do a pre-screening for you, those who calls are people who haven't read your profile). I have this system myself.

I've also done everything I can lately and I'm not busy at all so you're not alone  :)

Ps. I advertise on many different directories and all my bookings still come exclusively from AW (all the other websites have been useless for me so far, a lot of foreign number sending "Hi, how are you" or video calling you lol)
