We have a few ladies here who've joined agencies recently, and it's nice to see those who've gained some experience giving advice to the newer ones.

Please don't forget about us once you've settled in and don't feel much need for advice. We don't have much agency experience amoung the regulars here, so if would be great if we had some experienced agency ladies around to advise newbies who want to go that route.

Ive found the advice from everyone here both helpful and reassuring :) I'm working for an agency now and i will definitely be sticking around to give any advice i can (how useful it may be is another matter :-\)
