Hey,

Usually with my clients I only perform oral with a condom. A guy I had yesterday had a cock so small a condom wouldn't fit, so I performed without and told him that I never allow CIM.

How safe is this?

It depends on what you're concerned about. For HIV, the risk without CIM is nil, for example (and with is not much higher). There are other things you can catch - do a search here for OWO for much discussion.

I have been doing owo for over 2 yrs now and never had a problem but I do get swabs done with check ups .
I do have a good look at the clients cleanliness and over all penis appearance if all clean and smelling fresh I do owo.
If not I use a condom( flavoured) to be on the safe side. Also use o gels in different flavours make it taste nicer. the clients have never complained yet.
Forgot to mention I don't ever do CIM
