Why don't you have a search on the punting forums? There's never any shortage of discussion on London agencies and whilst it isn't quite the same thing, you ought to get a reasonable idea whether they're a decent operation or not (and conversely if they treat punters like mugs, it shouldn't be a massive leap to work out how they treat ladies).
