Hi everyone,

I was wondering how often messages such as a simple "Hi", "How are you", "Hey", "are you available" lead up to an actual booking for you ? (for those who take bookings by texts)

I normally never reply to this kind of messages as I've got a clear booking procedure, which is well explained on my profile but I obviously still get plenty of messages like that and since it's been very quiet for me lately, I've been considering answering this kind of messages hoping it could potentially lead to an actual booking (obviously I'm aware that in most cases it will probably be a waste of time but if it can bring me a few extra bookings, that would be nice).

The bookings I have got from 'hi' ...zero. I think it's escort wanksters who want to force text ping pong.
Block and forget.

Never.

Anyone serious about booking an escort will follow your messaging directions and send as much info in their first message.

"Hi", "How are you", "Hey", "are you available"

These aren’t messages, they’re words. Responding to any of these hints strongly at desperation on your part.

Sometimes I think they send to see if you’re active atm but it’s lazy. I’m sure they try a few escorts and see who replies and isn’t busy

I’d say majority haven’t led to a booking. I don’t usually reply to those types, but yeah If i’m quiet I’ll link them to my website and they can either follow it or not.
I wouldn’t change what I state is needed, but I would link them to give a ‘second chance’ to read & follow.

I follow up with my automessage and they almost never respond or answer 1 thing out of 5. Then I just continue to paste it till they f*ck off

If you want to hedge your bets, I'd give them five minutes to follow the single word nonsense with a proper enquiry - it happens occasionally (I've finished booking before and found them all there). When they don't, and 99.9% won't, delete and block.

Do you have a template you can paste and send to vague text enquiries? I take all bookings by text and I have a few - basically that I need to know what time they'd like to book and for how long and that all info is on my website, that sort of thing. If I get sensible and specific enquiries they get a sensible and specific response, amd the rest get the template :).

I never respond to these messages. Worse is when they text "hope you are well" or "hope you having a good day" and none of those messages include my name so yes they are probably sending them out to many. Utter waste of space(s).

(or is that wastes of space  ::) )

For me it's 50_50. If they start with a hi but say they are interested in a booking then normally most follow through. If it's literally hi how are you then I don't respond.

'Hi', 'How are you', 'Hey', Hi love', 'You available', 'u free.'

All blocked.

I've got genuine enquiries to deal with from clients who actually intend to book.

Nope, I do sometimes give chances but 99% of the time they're just idiots.

Yes true, I think there is only a micro chance for people sending this kind of messages to be serious. Plus better not to engage in a conversation with someone who could turn out being dodgy/stalker/malicious
