New York/USA
« on: 11 August 2008, 08:11:02 pm »
I have noticed a few US ladies posting, hello!!.  So, I thought I would ask for some tips/advice etc for when I visit New York next month. I know about the vetting procedure, ie, NI number, phone, email, website, work number (inside leg measurement - joke!) but are there any other things I should be thinking about?  Are there any free places to advertise for the Manhattan area?  I am only there for  5 days and only want to see max of 4 clients. Any advice very much appreciated xx

References. Get references from other established escorts. Two if you can.

Also if you can, place an extra page on your site geared solely for US visitors with a price list in dollars.
I never found anywhere free to advertise when I toured New York last year, but Big Doggie was only $20 a month at the time.
Steep but very effective was the Eros Guide. They'll want personal information and you'd need to fill out a form. Everything they do is above board. It was around $100 for two weeks but I got the majority of my clients from there. I was inundated but I only saw those that could provide references. Those that couldn't I didn't see.

I was invited to join this site after I appeared on the Eros Guide but they charged around ?60 a month. I think I paid enough with the Eros Guide, which brought me more than enough enquiries. http://thegfeclub.com/new_york_escorts.html

Good luck.

I'd be wary of the GFE club, I used to get a lot of ridiculous spam from them. Each time it came from a different "escort's" email address, and "she" would say "hey girlfriend check out this site I signed up last week and have had soo many rich clients you should sign up too".

If they're that desperate, they can't be worth the money.

Oh, I just remembered that someone else said that once she signed up for a free listing she got hassled to upgrade to a paid one. Once she'd done that there were problems, I think she had a hard time getting them to stop billing her, so one to avoid.

No, the market rate at the time was $2-?1 so I just doubled my UK rates. Plus I made sure I had a look around on Eros to make sure I was keeping in line with what everybody else charged in midtown Manhattan. Funnily enough I still got a couple of complaints that I was too expensive. Not sure why as I made sure I charged the same as everybody else. A couple of ladies did charge $250 an hour but they weren't in midtown.

As for references, I emailed escorts and they kindly sent me their web address and in one case a lady directed me to some of her reviews on a Canadian site to prove how well-established she was (her customer was Canadian who happened to be in New York the same time as I was).

As it's the norm over there ladies have no problem writing to each other for references. And the customers expect it. That's why I was wary of anybody that couldn't provide references.
