No I feel that as they have paid for the hour they should be able to try to go for another round if they want to as long as they have time left then that is their choice.

I charge extra for cumming more than once in the half an hour but I do allow twice in the hour. If they havnt cum by 35 mins in an hour booking I slow right down and make the first last out to the point that there’s no point in trying for a second.

I do the same thing charge extra to cum twice in 30min booking.
