would you consider renting a flat if there's 2-3 flats per floor and one of them is facing your door? as I'm looking for a small 1 bed flat or studio, obviously it will always be in the same floor with at least 1 more flat. By now Iv'e seen some flats that are ideal in terms of area, parking, etc... but I'm worried about being found out by neighbours. It's either 2 or 3 flats per floor (including the one I would take). In the past, I've successfully worked in the same floor where i had one more neighbour and so far i was never found out. But I'm a bit paranoid now. I don't spend my neighbours to have so much free time to spy me through their spy hole or to notice my traffic, but you never know!! I'm not high volume either but still. My question is, how many flats per floor would you accept when you look for a place to live and work? have you had any trouble if there were 3 flats per floor?
