Can you enlighten me on what this would mean?

Got a possible booking from a guy who wants a scenario of starting off with teasing, kissing, touching, then cock and ball torture ending up with that part of it being 'extreme'.

Now I don't want to take on a booking I can't, erm, service properly. And I also wouldn't want to take an appt that I end up giving a bad service in, so can you tell me what I'd need to have equipment-wise, and what kind of stuff he might want to do? - I obviously can't be sure what he means by 'extreme' compared to what I might take that to mean, so I guess I need to hear from someone who does this kind of thing and knows what this really means lol!

I don't want to turn down work but I also don't want to give a poor experience due to my limited experience in this area. I've got no problem with the concept at all or what he wants. He's been very polite and was asking out of politeness if this is something I can do before he books (which is fair enough) so that he doesn't get someone who can't do or wouldn't want to do what he wants. I need to be a bit clearer in my mind about what he does want and how to do it to him in a way that he will be happy with.

Happy to have PMs on this if it's preferred - I bow to your ladies greater experience in these matters and always interested and eager to hear your advice on what's involved. xx

Ok, I can do that, but if he wants me to buy loads of (frighteningly expensive) equipment then he will have to do one cos I can't afford it! Don't know why I didn't think of good old Google lol!!! Addicted to this site, that's the problem!

BM, you don't NEED any special equipment for CBT. 

Simple pegs - spring ones of course, elastic bands/hair bobbles - never to be used again, rope or string and sometimes I use a 'tens machine' to 'shock' their balls  :-[  hehe  are all that is needed!! But it is fun.  With most/many guys it is a case of the tighter the better.

Having done some erm research just now yes, string, hair bobbles (GREAT idea), already thought of pegs lol.

TENs machine - that's just evil genius!!!

Quite looking forward to it - if it comes off that is!!

And don't forget cotton buds - which he wants me to stick down the end of his knob. He wants tieing, slapping, punching, kneeing and insertion - I can do that.

Stuff used for 'sounding' (sticking in the urethra) tends to want to be sterile. Cotton buds have a risk of going wrong in terms of that, snapping, and leaving bits of cotton wool behind.

The other things to look at (i.e. ask him about) are sandpaper or other abrasive - you obviously want to have gloves on if there's a chance of blood - and hot stuff like Tiger Balm (or, if he's feeling really tough, chillies). You can also kick his balls: see ball-busting.
