How is the money transaction made working for an agency?
« on: 24 March 2016, 03:21:48 am »
Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum, not to the industry though, I've work independently a long time ago and now I'm considering working for an agency.
But there are some things that I would like to ask the girls that have work for agencies: How and when will they pay me? or is it the escort the one that pays the agency after the booking? I would really appreciate any response, Thanks.

I think that's a different issue - any 'agency' that wants money before you have cash in your hand from a client is a scam - but that does help answer the question.

You want to be certain that you will be paid before clothes come off. In practice, unless you have a very good long-term relationship with an agency, that means you get the money in your hand.

What happens afterwards varies: some want you to pay them via depositing into an account the next day; some expect you to go to them that night to hand it over; some expect you to leave the room to hand their cut to a driver or housekeeper etc.

That's probably in decreasing order of acceptability to you...

I've just started with on recently and after being independent for a while. It's a lot less money but at least I'm going to work on the days I set aside for this!! Has all the work is done from the flat they take a house percent. So after x amount of clients at the end of the day , you give them their house percentage and you leave your money.

In my experience you pay your weekly commission through bank transfer at the end of the week. The agency will let you know how much you owe. I wouldn't like having to run to the bank every other day!

How would you do this without the agency seeing your personal details? We don't recommend anybody ever gives their legal name or any other identifying information to pimps as they don't need it.

I bank every day anyway and sometimes more than once so I can't see how paying their commission at the machine or over the counter would be a bind for many? As far as I know a lot of us bank regularly for safety so we're not sitting on cash where a robber could get it.

Sorry I didn't explain myself very well, I meant you go into the bank for example TSB and give them the sort code/account number (the company name usually is something random). They don't ask you your name, you just sign at the end.

I've done this myself too but it isn't a bank transfer, it's just paying money in. Hence my confusion when the above poster said she paid by bank transfer :).

Hey hun

Every agency is different I have worked for ones where you take the money of the client then you give the driver there fee and the agency fee and driver gives it to the agency . I have had it where I have to pay the driver then pay office end of the night , some where you don't even meet the staff on the phone you just pay there money into a safe or into there account there all different . I worked for a agency that took car but they weren't paying girls till a week later and by check so girls weren't doing card bookings so they changed it .

You should never have to pay to join one or pay any thing up from some agencies will say you may have to pay for pictures but they usually let you pay them back .

One agency I had to drop of my commission once a week; another one wanted bank transfer or they had someone collect it once a week.
