Hotel in calls, Out calls at home vs hotel
« on: 24 July 2023, 10:57:44 am »
Hi,

I'm new to this forum!

The first part of my question...
So I am new to escorting and only started this month. I began by offering out calls but I decided to try and start offering in calls. I book a hotel and then state that I am available and see what happens. I've done this with about three different hotels and each time I only break even or I lose money. Seems like an out call is more profitable, strangely. What is the secret? Do I get people to book in advance and then book the hotel or risk it and book it anyway... I am only able to book for a night at the moment given my circumstances, so it's a bit of a waste if I have to leave early before check out. Sometimes I'm able to stay till the next morning. My biggest obstacle is the time wasters as I operate on a first come first served basis. But they always end up going silent and all the people I've turned down could've been potentially good clients.

The second part of my question...
What's the best way to stay safe when offering out calls? Should I require them to take place at a hotel, or risk it and go to there property. I've been doing the latter, but I've been lucky so far and I don't want to run in to trouble. I will make another post but if anyone wants to be buddies, please let me know as I've been doing this without telling anyone where I am (I have no one I can tell). I am in my early twenties, based in London, and West African (Black British)!

Thanks x

It could be a mixture of things:

If you use AW, do you have feedback?
Clients usually want to book someone who has feedback. Otherwise they might think you’re a fake profile. If you don’t have feedback you can ask past clients if they have adult work and to make a booking to leave feedback.

To prevent time wasters only take bookings from people who have an adultwork profile with feedback or take a deposit. In the past I’ve put on my profile that I will only take bookings from clients with feeedback within the last 12 months, if they don’t have that then they have to pay a deposit to confirm the booking.

You could pay to advertise your location a few days before you’re going to the hotel to look like you are already there and taking bookings. Say you are fully booked a few days before but that you have availability on the day you’re actually going.

Do you use CE app? Usually time wasters will have reports on there and you can report time wasters there yourself.

Improve the quality of your profile and pictures. I always update my profile regularly to keep it fresh.

Maybe use dayuse hotels if you’re losing money. You can book a few hours like 10AM - 6PM.

For outcalls ask for deposit always and extra for travel. If they want you to go to their private residence  you could say that you only take booking if they have feedback on adult work.

Thank you! I will try this :) I have under 10 reviews at the moment, so only a few. I looked at CE today and was shocked by how many time wasters had flocked to me...

Incalls for me are far more popular and I've never failed to break even - if I've got my advertising right.

What hours of the day do you work? If you work daytime, getting a hotel for day use is going to be your best bet. Most rooms are 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm and are usually a fraction of the price of a night booking. This means you can crack on from early doors, if checking in at 10 I'd expect to have bookings from 11am right through til 5pm.

Where are you advertising and what options are you using? On AW, I use the Tours function to advertise incall days - this is free if you're paying for any other option on AW including displaying your number. I also take Local Escort Search for the county/city the hotel is in, and depending on the location I might take a nearby county as well. For example if I'm working in Long Eaton, it's on the border of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, so I'd buy local escorts for both. I'll put Available Today on as soon as I've arrived. And of course pay to display my number. I make sure to check "Incalls" box on AW as well (something I forgot several times in my early days, resulting in bugger all business!)

I never take pre-bookings - all my bookings are on the day and most are short notice. So answering the phone or responding to texts quickly is vital - I check my phone after every booking and get guys to confirm their bookings at times I know I'll be able to answer their text.

Having a written appointments diary is essential for me on an incall day as otherwise I lose track of who I've booked in for what time.

If you're low on feedback, offer clients a small discount to place a booking via the AW system and commit to leaving feedback after the booking. (There's no way to enforce this of course, but I used to do this when I first started and I never had anyone take the discount and not leave feedback.)

Hope this helps x

I've been using AW to advertise, I've tried Viva Street also but it's not easy to change the postcode on there if I move around x
