1) First of all you have to choose your image, your avatar. I suggest that you go to the Pixabay dot com site as the images on this site are in the public domain. This means that you do not violate copyright laws by using them.

2) Chrome browser: You click with the right side of the mouse button on the image and you choose "save as" and you place the image in a folder on your computer.

Type in Google the following sentence if you need more detailed explanations: "How to Copy and Save Images from the Internet: Guidelines developed by Helen Rallis"

3) Back to the SAAFE forum and look at the top.

4) Select  "Profile"

5) Click on " Forum Profile"

6)  Check "Upload an avatar"

7)  Choose a file (your image) and upload it

8 ) At the bottom of the page, click on "Change profile".
