Would echo the water hose trick ? works for any lady that tried it.  Don?t use a Kercher Pressure washer so...  Incidentally, nor should it be used to hose down your mud encrusted Greyhound. 

Otherwise another trick that works is to squad down and push like giving birth while fishing around in your nether regions.  The last lady can report that she gave birth to a healthy Beppy sponge.
