For a person just about to embark upon this I had to arm myself with as much information as possible, research is the key. This was a book that made my mind up really, based on facts not some mamby pamby life is great, let's put on a flowery song and float about all smiley!
On the other side of the coin, it did not go into the whole scare the pants off you avenue either. There are humorous bits in the book. I liked it.
