I really would not recommend people taking water pills without a prescription as they can be dangerous!!!!!!! They can also cause a lot of pain with leg cramps!!!!!!
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

I have this issue EVERYDAY with my ibs (irritable bowel syndrome).

Trust me when i say, guys do not give a damn about your tummy! They are focused on other things.

I always wear a corset or waspie (like mentioned by somebody else). they are a godsend. And i never get asked to take it off by clients.

They are to focused on my boobs or bum! And its not in the way. Guys think that you are a higher class anyway for wearing full lingerie!

Hope this helps!
This is very helpful  :)

yes, warm water, lemon and a bit an apple cider vinegar organic with mother. you should drink with a straw! too much acid! anyway i like the taste! for me is yummy! more give you energy!  but i know that it is not for every one the taste!
or drinking aloe vera juice help as well! but the first option  you ll see result quickly!
on google you ll find a lot of tips about it!
work wonder for me! but we are all different! so you should try!

even drinking water helps a lot!
anyway i will not cancel a booking because i am bloated! i am eating broccoli myself before a booking...so! and i drink lot lot of water!
even i look bloated..ahah i do not care! i need to drink and to eat to have energy! after you drink a lot....your belly is not so flat!
but yes the feeling of bloating is annoying...

Didn't want to be crude on a public forum but mine is slightly a different problem from OP. The bloating for me is a side affect of being constipated. When I'm touring and if not got access to a working kitchen like I would at home. And or stressed. My whole digestive system packs up. I mean for days I can't go. And I offer A levels to half my clients. Whether I douche, drink water, supplements, eating the correct foods colonics,
laxatives, exercising more, I've tried them all. But when my body says I'm not playing ball.it won't. it's progressively got worse with age and life stresses I've had to deal with back home whilst actively out on tour. So bloating is the least of my issues unfortunately. It's a side affect though. Along with cramps, feeling toxic from the inside out and severely uncomfortable. I guess this is what they class as IBS? I'm going to ask the GP how I can address it, without mentioning it stops me from being able to WORK WORK  :-X

Hey My Secret! I love apple cider vinegar too, i also use it on my face as a toner, I use Braggs' ACV from holland and barrett, but how do you take the ginger in the drink? is it fresh ginger grated or puree form? x

It is not, though.

If you want to discuss what works for you in terms of IBS or constipation or dandruff, there are doubtless numerous other sites that would welcome such posts. You can skip the bits about doing sex for cash there, because - as mentioned - it's not relevant.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

(I'll attempt to keep this work related as this is more to the earlier posts than recent posters) I don't have ibs but I have a gastro issue that can cause 6 or so inches of gain in a few days,  usually I dont think clients notice too much, we are far harsher critics of ourselves than they are but there are times bloating would be noticeable to them. While I don't have pics of my stomach fully out (bc I'll be in pjs feeling sorry for myself)  I do use pics on profiles and websites of me when I'm feeling fab (flatter tummy) as well as kinda bloated ones. If bloating is a frequent and extreme thing that  you worry about may be worth thinking about acknowledging your not always your smallest size on your ads. It stops me worrying what they may think and gives them an accurate view of me at different belly sizes. I don't work when super bad because painful but why would anyone work when in pain anyway?

That's a good tip having more fuller pics in pic galleries to cover your back. And exactly. Comfort comes first sometimes over working in pain. I.E. having SEX when got these health issues.

several years ago...when i was working i didn t eat till i finished to work because i didn t like to look bloated for punters!
big mistake! i became so fat!
now  ... i m eating a lot and i drink a lot of water just before a booking..yes my belly is not flat but i am very slim anyway so...in the past many times punters were complaining that for dinner date i didn t eat so much...
they like that you enjoy food and so pleasures food as sex is a pleasure , more it is not ideal and not healthy not to eat for so long!
more you eat more your metabolism work better, your brain too..your body as well! So your sex performance is much better, you feel well so you provide a good service, your mood is better also! your libido as well!
now my priority is food and water...take care of my health to be able to take care of my clients..
if i neglect my health...how i can provide a good service??? be kind with myself then i am able to be kind with my clients!

i would not care about to be bloated....
i would care to eat well and drink water!
