Basically I only had adds i can put my number on when I'm working so I could take the number down on days im not. When I'm working I'll reply to all messages and missed calls. I don't want to miss out on potential clients. Now I signed up to about four sights this isn't possible to do. I don't want to be checking my work phone every hour. How do other people manage this?

Tbh I'm sure 80% don't read it

I have my available hours stated and add that outside of these times I won't answer texts/calls/emails because I am busy with other commitments. If someone contacts me outside of those hours enquiring to see me when I've made it clear I won't be available when they want, sure enough I ignore them because clearly they have read nothing and I don't want to see them if they can't be bothered to do so. If they're contacting me about a future booking, then obviously I will respond inside my working hours as soon as I'm able.

I refuse to do voice mail. I think my voice sounds a little common and I dislike recording it

Use a text autoresponder that just says "Thank for your enquiry. I'm not working today so please text or call me on X day to arrange a booking x"
