As you know from my recent posts I'm going back to work. Because I am skint rn I will be doing outcalls only. Is it possible to make $$ if I only do outcalls to hotels. What are the pros and cons of only going to hotels.

We recently had a thread about doing outcalls only. Most of us have found that outcalls are a very small part of our income.

I will only go to a hotel for an outcall. (For whatever dumb reasons, I don't fancy going to some guy's house.) I get a couple of inquiries a week about such bookings, although I suppose more would be realised if I were A) more willing to answer the phone in the evening, and B) advertised a wider geographical area (as it is, I will go to hotels in my city centre and at my local airport.)

I think if I were to go that route exclusively, and I were willing to take a call at 9pm, I would make less than I do now, but I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up with one booking an evening/five bookings a week. At ?120 or more a pop, that is not a terrible living and I wouldn't have to pay for an incall flat (my overheads are about 1000 a month including all expenses. If I were outcall only I guess it would be about ?200 a month, tops.)
