I have found that for me the best way to keep my regulars is to treat them as if it is the first meeting everytime.  That way I know I wont get complacent and let my self relax to the point of not being on top form.  I also always try to remember what they have talked about so I can ask about it next time which they do appreciate.  With very good regulars I also allow quite a bit of extra time at the end for chatting which again they really appreciate as they feel they are special.  I do not give extra time for services so its not as if I work any extra, just time when I would normally be sat having a coffee on my own, I allow them to stay and chat instead.  For me it works as I have had a couple try other girls but come straight back as they felt rushed at the end and prefered time after to rest up and just set the world to rights. Acually thinking about it I only do this with regulars who  can have a good debate with on certain topics so it is fun for me too.

If a reguar is the sort to go to other women he will no matter what you do but if you consistnly give a great service he will probably come back to you in the end and if not then there will be another along to replace him.

Exactly how i work i always remember things about  reg clients lives ie if they have a dog or have been in hospital as they then think they are special ( which they are ) and it changes the dynamics as you are then not just a service provider you have elevated a step higher when they are deciding who to choose  on their next booking .

I do this too.

This is going to sound very sad but I keep a spreadsheet for all my bookings with tons of info about a range of things like the source of the referral (helps me plan my marketing more effectively), whether it?s a new or returning customer (good to see how many come back and retention rates) whether they left a FR or not and so on. The thing with excel is you can add formulas so you can use the info to find out anything you want to about the state of your business. I also make a note next to each guy so I have something to remember them by like ?works for Ford? or ?foot fetish guy? and a particularly useful one ?OSID? (only see if desperate!)  That way if they come back I can drop something relevant into the conversation letting them know I remember them. I always find they?re amazed that you remember something detailed about them and think you have a photographic memory ? if only they knew what a nerd I really am!  ;D

Not sad at all. I keep a note book with things about each client...so not as efficient as you (mind you I don't get many clients!) but it's always handy to swat up before a booking. :-)

I read something somewhere once about regulars!
It's not the guys who think your hot that come back, it's the ones who think You like them that come back!

If I think a guy could become a regular, I'd txt him after shortly after he left and say "thanks for visiting me today, it's so much easier when my clients are nice guys like you x"

It pulls on their heart strings a bit

Yes, I do that too, Always check if it's okay to text them first. Usually I don't do that until I've seen them a couple of times, because some can become a pain. But the guys that are okay are worth cultivating. Most of my bookings are regulars now.

I do this as well  -  its  nice for the client that you remember them   Normally i do have a pretty good memory for people and things that they tell me  but its nice to remember clients  and the little things that they tell you  It makes them feel special and more likely to return to you again

I used to keep a notebook, but I started using excel about three years ago, and I'm always meaning to put the notebook information in as well but never seem to get around to it. I also put all my expenses in and useful information about each client, how quick etc. It's important to keep it absolutely secure, otherwise it could be seen as against data protection. I use truecrypt for that.

i dont keep notes, but i do try to remember things that keep make someone go ohhh, as well as details about holidays they might have been on ect. i believe clients want to know they are not just cash to me, and if the service is always good they will keep returning.
