Holding Onto Regulars

Apologies if this sounds like a silly question but I would really value some feedback..

Basically I?ve been working really hard for the past six months or so trying to build up a good size pool of regulars. The sort I can rely on consistently in times of drought when new business is harder to come by (admittedly that hasn?t happened to me yet but I like to plan for every eventuality).

I used to offer guys a discount after 3 bookings but I had to stop that because truthfully it was a bit too successful. I ended up taking more bookings at discounted rates than my normal rates which meant I had to work longer to make the same money. I don?t do that anymore and I?m happy to report that it?s not made a noticeable difference. But I did have one or two grumbles.

However I worry about keeping the interest of the regular guys. I just worry that unless I spice things up for these guys eventually they?ll tire of me and go elsewhere. I really don?t want that to happen. Trust me, each and every of my regs is a star as clients go, hence why I'm bothered about holding onto them!

For example I have this one guy I?ve been seeing since my Alisha_996 days and I've noticed in the past couple of bookings, he?s left early, not being his normal perky self and I get the vibe he?s getting bored of me. Is there anything I can do to stop the rot? Or is that just the way things are?

So my question, for those ladies who?ve been seeing the same guys for months/years/decades how do you maintain the momentum?

Thank you

Alisha, I really dont think you have a problem.

You are a very pretty young lady who obviously runs her business very well if she is getting those repeat bookers through the door without offering your special any more,  to me this intimates that they really want to see YOU.

You have your own niche market, which you obviously fill very well and IMO you will continue to flourish.

Only the other day I was on another forum and your name was mentioned when someone was asking for recommendations.  I cant remember what the person was looking for but the fact yourself and only 2/3 other girls were mentioned speaks volumes to me.  Dont ask me where it was, thats a trade secret and I dont think I could find the thread even if I wanted too.

I would say carry on doing what you are doing and your business should continue to go from strength to strength over the years.

Good Luck.

Continuing offering a great service and punters will come back. I honestly think the best compliment that a punter can give you is returning. It is after all the biggest indicator that you're doing your job *right*.

Personally with regulars I suggest things and see if there is anything they would like to try. I find that with regulars I have much better sex than with just one timers, so naturally the more they see you...the better it gets  ;D

I do offer discounts to my fav regular clients in the form of a reduction in price or extra time. I don't mind doing this, as yes per hour I might be getting less money... but I know they are reliable, and most of the time I'm going to have a great time too! Obviously if its a regular that is draining in some way then I wouldn't offer a discount. Oh and I never do discounts on half an hours (but I encourage them to book an hour at a reduced cost).

In terms of clients getting bored... yes it happens, its sort of inevitable *eventually* but by that point you would have acquired another regular to take his place.  :)

I read something somewhere once about regulars!
It's not the guys who think your hot that come back, it's the ones who think You like them that come back!

If I think a guy could become a regular, I'd txt him after shortly after he left and say "thanks for visiting me today, it's so much easier when my clients are nice guys like you x"

It pulls on their heart strings a bit

Thanks ladies for taking the time to respond.

@Lady Lust ? Awww thanks! You?re making me blush lol. I know we can?t be everything to everybody and I know I can be *bit* of a worry wart at times, but I suppose I?m like that because I don?t like the idea of becoming complacent. Everyday there are new girls coming into the industry and it seems to me the good clients are getting less and less. That?s why I want to make sure I?m doing everything I can to hang onto the good ones and pick up any useful tips from the more experienced ladies out there.

@Casey Kisses ? I completely agree with you about sex being better with regulars. I suppose that?s inevitable because after a while there?s a certain level of intimacy. I hear what you?re saying about asking about other things they like and I do this but sometimes with the more ?vanilla? clients it can be more difficult. I like your approach to discounts and I think I might try it again, because guys did really appreciate it, but this time I won?t advertise it to all. I?ll only make the offer to guys I really, really like after a certain number of bookings. I don?t do half hours so that?s not an issue for me but yes I can see why it would be silly to knock anything off them. Thanks xx

Not a bad tip at all. Mind you, I probably wouldn?t text as you never know when they might turn their phone on again and who might see the message, but certainly it?s a good line to say before parting company. Thanks!  :)

See, the way I see it, it is a good idea to do it, but at the same time it is a very bad thing to do too incase as you say, someone they dont want to see the message might just see it, so playing a dicey game IMO.  If its just two seconds after they have left the apartment and you know they may have just gotten into the car ok but any more than 3 or 4 mins later and it would be a definite no no.

I must work a totally different way from others for although we get into "close encounters" with our clients I NEVER see it as being "intimacy" because for me that is only within a loving relationship and that is definitely not what I call a booking.  But that is just MO, Im not getting at anyone who sees it in the way they do in their business.

I see what you mean. Everybody's different. Maybe intimacy was the wrong word. I guess I mean after you?ve seen somebody for a long time and you?ve got to know them a bit, there is a level of 'trust', on both sides, that is hard to find on a first time booking.
For example, I usually put away the jar of Vaseline that I use to grease my neck (to make sure no client can strangle me easily) after I?ve seen somebody a few times. I figure if he hasn?t tried to kill me by now, he?s probably got other things on his mind! LOL  ;D

I have my fave regular who visits every week and has done without fail since June last year when i met him as he'd only just started punting his wife had died about 3 months earlier, he bought me lovely presents for xmas and my birthday, is always on time and trustworthy so tonight when he visited I told him he can have his half hour for ?50 instead of ?60 next time he comes

its only a small discount but I'd like to keep the regular as hes nice and a good source of weekly bread & butter, I dont feel im about to lose him but want to show my appreciation as hes spent a lot of money on me

maybe you could offer a small discount like this to loyal regulars? this is the only client iv done it with as to be honest apart from one guy in a parlour who'd visit weekly this is the most a 'regular' has visited me

I do special offers in times of drought with ?10 or ?20 off my normal hourly fee, I do it for hour bookings only and it usually works quite well xx

I would say just carry on being you and doing what you're doing. I've had a few of my regulars for five years now, and others who have come and gone, of which many come back once in a while so it's nice to have a catch up after six months or so. Some are always going to move on or visit less frequently eventually, whereas some you'll keep for years. I find the ones who have been seeing me since I started are the ones who only see me, the others I knew we're seeing other escorts as well. I'm a niche in the market too, and I feel that puts me at an advantage (comparing the amount of regulars I have to my non-niche escorty pals). I've taken two months off a few times before and used to worry my regulars would find someone else, but they came back - despite at times my crappy agency trying to convince them to visit their other ladies  >:(. I bumped my rates up at the beginning of last year, but kept all my regulars on my old rates.

I have some lovely monthly regular clients and some weekly, sadly i had to let go of 2 regulars due to the behaviour towards me of recent shame though.
when people cancel the first time its understandable if ive seen them numerous times b4, but after keep cancelling its taking the piss a bit.
and the other guy broke 2 chairs and didnt even offer to pay for repair or replacement. I have new regular who is fantastic company great communicator and so far all good .

I wouldn't want to try and keep hold of my regulars if they wanted to go elsewhere. I think inevitably most move on in the end, or as with Orchid, you have to let them go as they become piss takers. It's a shame sometimes but it's the way of the game imo.

One thing I've started doing to encourage AW regulars is sending them the PIN for a photo gallery if I've recently done a shoot or something. I did it as a Xmas present just before Xmas and it was made several guys very happy! Although one guy couldn't figure out how to do it so bought the album again anyway so he could see! LOL! I wouldn't text or email if I didn't know it was safe but often will send a follow up email on AW to say thanks for a great time etc.

I have regulars who've been seeing me for 4-5 years and who keep coming back, and I don't do anything complicated, wierd or wonderful. Some guys like to shop around, others like the same thing. Trick is keeping up your standards and providing a good, reliable service. I also try to switch around outfits and also buy in new lingerie and dresses specifically with particular clients in mind. Mixing up the order in which you do things a little and some guys will make their own suggestions.

Sometimes I've offered a slightly lower rate for regulars, especially around the time of a rate increase. Other's prefer extra time/overrun instead. Many appreciate this, quite a few actually insist on paying the new rate and some have tipped me more especially if we've overrun or they feel we've had a particularly good session. Like the person who posted above I worked out if I was to offer a significant discount across the board then most of my business would be at the lower rate.

If someone doesn't want to see you they won't book, simple.

I don't think you need to worry about your clients if they come back that's good, if they don't it's not a bad thing either men just like to shop around to see if they can get different experiences afterall you only live once. Some men just visit different women and never stick to one then they suddenly appear months/weeks later.
Your other client that seems bored there could be many reasons why he isn't his perky self, work/family/friends/relationship/health, stop laying the blame at your door.
Hello nice to meet you :)
