Practical stuff aside (only professionals can give the right tests, advice and so on), I do hope you're okay. I had a terror of this kind once - despite 100% condom usage - and all turned out clear & fine, especially after some counselling from one of the people at my local GUM clinic to bring my fears into perspective. They're amazingly kind and professional, and you can trust them to keep your details safely anonymous, so tell them as much as you can!
We are also here to help. ((hugs)) You'll be okay. They have mega-medications now, not fun to take at all but definitely likely to improve chances a lot.
