I've not been on here for a while, been busy-busy.

Am finally back at work after being absent for THREE WEEKS!  First I injured my heel, then I got tonsilitis, then I got a cold sore, urgh!

Anyway, things are going swimmingly, apart from one work related problem...

Rental applications. Dum, dum, dum DUM!

Im getting an ABN number, so i can do my tax and such, but argh, how do you guys deal with real estate applicationsthat want pay slips? wtf do I do?

I have created a company, employed myself, and issue pay stubs, and payments into my bank account! Also I have been know to print up the odd work contract in a pinch, hiring myself for an unspecified amount of time at a rather good salary. Once they go over this formality, and as long as the rent is paid on time, they don't really care where the money comes from. Good Luck. Kisses V
