Title: help! I received a message about compliants

I received this text message this morning

We have received a number of complaints regarding your aw profile.Its details and this number have now been circulated on the client forums to warn everyone about you.

I dont understand why ive had complaints or whether this is genuine. I don't know the sender and have checked client forums and found nothing?  Ive also replied and got no response.
Any advise please? Thanks xx

It is not genuine, but just some idiot trying to wind you up.
